'Spur of the Moment' Spurs Summer Hotel Specials

Nearly 30 hotel bargains and 2-for-1 passes to area attractions are now being offered through Labor Day in Santa Barbara, CA.

Called "Spur of the Moment Summer Savings," it featuers weekly deals, ranging from $70 (Pea Soup Anderson's) to $595 (Four Seasons Biltmore, where standard summer rates are significantly higher).

New deals are posted each Mondy on this website, and people also can sign up to receive e-mail alerts.

The site also features weekly summer events happening in Santa Barbara. These includes concerts at the intimate Santa Barbara Bowl, First Thursday, Old Spanish Days (Aug. 4-8), and a Pinot Passion blind wine tasting event (Aug. 12 at Los Olivos Cafe).
